NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We offer returns and exchanges on all full price merchandise for U.S. orders. Your return will be honored if return is filed within 30 days of delivery date. Items being returned must have tags attached and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.  

Refunds will be issued within 10 business day of return packages receipt in Hutch warehouse. This is the time that our staff has reserved to properly check in and verify the return.

A $7.00 return fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Exchanges do not concur a handling/return fee.

All Swim/Getaway purchases must submit photo confirmation of unworn garments.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. If we deny a return, the merchandise will be shipped back to you, and a $9.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
